^' MINUTES OF THE REGULAR ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />HELD FEBRUARY 28, 1994 <br />• ROLL <br />The Council met on the above date with the following members present: Mayor Edward <br />Callahan, Councilmembers Charles Kelley, J. Diann Goetten, and Gabriel Jabbour. <br />Councilmember JoEllen Hurr was excused. The following represented staff: City Administrator <br />Ron Moorse, Building and Zoning Administrator Jeanne Mabusth, Assistant Planning and <br />Zoning Administrator Michael Gaffron, and Recorder Barbara Anderson. <br />Mayor Callahan called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />( * #1) CONSENT AGENDA <br />Goetten moved, Callahan seconded, for approval of the Consent Agenda with the addition of <br />item #6. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />( * #2) APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 14, 1994 REGULAR CITY <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />Goetten moved, Callahan seconded, for approval of the Minutes of the February 14, 1994 <br />Regular City Council Meeting as submitted. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />There were no Park Commission comments. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS <br />There were no Planning Commission comments. <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />There were no Public comments. <br />POLICE CHIEF REPORT <br />Chief Sullivan introduced the three new reserve officers and the new Community Service <br />Officer, Anita King. He presented the Council with the latest Police Reports for the Police <br />Department activity. <br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />
