Wetland Delineation Report <br /> Spring Hill Golf Club Northeast Arm of Wetland 15 <br /> Orono, Minnesota <br /> May 22, 2013 <br /> Background <br /> Bopray Environmental Services LLC (BES) has completed a wetland delineation on the <br /> northeast arm of Wetland 15 on the Spring Hill Golf Course located in the SE1/4, of Section 26, <br /> T1 18N, R23W, Hennepin County, Minnesota (Figure 1). The site is drainage swale/wetlands <br /> that cuts across the golf course. The topography of the site is strongly rolling according to the <br /> U.S.G.S. quadrangle topographic map (Figure 2). On May 13, 2013 BES completed a <br /> delineated of Northeast Arm of Wetland 15. The wetland boundaries are shown on an aerial <br /> photo in Figure 3. The surveyed wetland boundaries are provided by James R. Hill in <br /> Appendix A. The purpose of this delineation was to extend a previous delineation by Graham <br /> Environmental Services to cover all of Wetland 15 within the golf course property as required by <br /> Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br /> Precipitation % Normal <br /> Methodologies Apr 01-May 14,2013 <br /> Fj <br /> The site was evaluated for wetlands based on <br /> the methods contained in the Level 2, ti ' <br /> "Routine Determinations" section of the U.S. <br /> Army Corps of Engineers "Wetland <br /> Delineation Manual" (Technical Report Y87-1, _ <br /> 1987) and the Regional Supplement to the <br /> Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation <br /> Manual: Midwest Region. This is the r <br /> methodology currently used to determine <br /> wetlands by both the U.S. Army Corps of <br /> Engineers for implementation of Section 404 <br /> so <br /> of the Clean Water Act and by the Minnesota eroent <br /> Wetland Conservation Act.
