Concept Review— Narrative — EISINGER FLATS <br /> E. Site Utilities <br /> As originally planned for in the approved Eisinger Meadows,we will be requesting the City <br /> proceed with construction of sanitary sewer and watermain from near Old Crystal Bay Road, <br /> westerly to serve both Eisinger Meadows and Eisinger Flats. The proposed Site and Utility <br /> Plan show connecting to these services. <br /> F. Stormwater Management <br /> The Eisinger Meadows Villas project has planned to construct stormwater management ponds <br /> on the west side of the project as shown on the Grading Plan. The Eisinger Flats project will <br /> propose to install an underground stormwater management system within the parking lot <br /> between the two buildings to treat the stormwater per City and MCWD regulations. This <br /> underground system will then direct water through the proposed Eisinger Meadows pond prior <br /> to entrance into the wetland. <br /> Page 4 of 4 <br />
