 t. i
P 1' inary Plat of Fox Bend - Septic System Testing
A gu 22, 1989
P ge of 4
ot 5, Block 2. Primary and alternate sites are located
' bout a third of the way back into the lot off the road.
'ust above the woods. While additional sites probably could
e located in the woods, the sites leave a relatively small
uilding envelope near the road. Again, the sites need to
e snow fenced to keep construction traffic off of them.
oth sites require mounds.
ot 6, Block 2. Primary and alternate sites, both being
ound systems, are located near the north end of the
roperty near the road. Again, topographic contours vary
lightly from those shown on the survey. Slopes range from
-6$. These sites force the house I.ocation to be more
entrally located on the property. The sites need to be
now fenced to avoid traffic during road construction.
ot 7, Block 2. Both primary and alternate drainfield sites
re located near the north end of this lot. Both sites
equire mound systems. The sites allow for great
lexibility in house location.
ot 1, Block 3. Primary and alternate drainfield sites,
oth being mound systems, have been located on the property.
ouse location would be relatively near the cul-de-sac. The
rimary site somewhat limits the potential house locations.
ot 2, Block 3. Primary and alternate drainfield sites,
oth being mounds, are located near the westerly corner of
his property. These sites definitely need to be fenced off
uring road construction, since they are in a prime "short-
ut". area.
ot 3, Block 3. Both primary and alternate sites are
ocated at the extreme east end of the property, leaving
reat f lexibility in house placement. These sites are not
' ikely to be disturbed during construction of roadways. -
ot 4, Block 3. The two drainfield sites are centrally
ocated on the property, having some significant effect on
ouse placement. The site evaluator anticipated the
xisting house would be removed, with a newer house placed
o the northeast corner of the lot. House placement will
ave to take into account the drainfield sites. Both sites
equire a mound. ,
