A recent deadline of September 1, 1991 was extended to reinspect the property for <br /> any drainfield area which could be reconnected to the existing system. Steve Schirmers of S-P <br /> Testing performed several soil borings to identify any fill soils which may be the result of trench <br /> excavation. No evidence of disturbed soil was observed. An earlier site investigation by Duane <br /> Ritter also failed to identify a drainfield. <br /> Based on the site inspections, no repair to the existing system could be made to eliminate the <br /> surface discharge and a new system must be installed. As this system is discharging to the <br /> surface and all site evaluation system design have been completed, a permit must be issued to <br /> the contractor of your choice by September 30, 1994 with the work completed no later than <br /> October 31, 1994. <br /> Failure to meet these repair deadlines will result in legal action by the City.
