Our City Engineer has performed a cursory review of the as-built survey and noted the survey does not identify top and <br /> bottom elevations for the new retaining walls. Please have the survey updated and submit another copy for our review. <br /> Once the snow has melted the City engineer will visit the site to verify the as-built survey meets the approved building <br /> permit survey.
