July 8, 2008—E-mail sent from John Smyth to Mr. Bohl indicating escrow cannot be <br /> released until area of buffer which was recently converted to turf is restored back to <br /> native vegetation. Provide a timeline of August 15, 2008 to have the work completed. <br /> Indicate City may utilize escrow to have work completed if not done by August 15tn <br /> August 25, 2008—Meeting with Steve Bohls, Melanie Curtis, Council Member Murphy, <br /> and John Smyth. The escrow is agreed to be reduced and Steve Bohl commits to <br /> establishing the buffer in the portion that was converted to turf grass. <br /> August 27, 2008—On-site meeting with Steve Bohl and John Smyth. After a discussion <br /> of approaches, Steve Bohl indicates he will eradicate the sod using round-up and plant <br /> plugs of native vegetation at a 3 foot triangular spacing. <br /> September 18, 2008—Melanie Curtis and John Smyth conduct a site visit. Work yet to <br /> be completed. <br />
