Grading not completed per submitted plan and removes existing buffer <br /> vegetation. Explains that lower ratio is allowed directly <br /> behind house because area is most impacted by runoff. <br /> November, 2007 - Option 2 is chosen by Mr. Bohl. Submits necessary paper work and <br /> survey to shift a portion of the buffer to another part of his property to make up for buffer <br /> lost from garden and retaining wall. Provides updated survey of buffer location. <br /> June 2008 —Mr. Bohl requests release of escrow. <br /> June 24, 2008 —Melanie Curtis and John Smyth visit site to determine compliance. Sod <br /> has been placed into buffer area which is a violation of the Wetland Ordinance. Per the <br /> Wetland Ordinance buffers are required to contain native vegetation. <br />
