Our preliminary review indicates that your <br /> application is incomplete. <br /> 1. MCWD permit,or verification that a permit is not necessary. You noted in your application materials that <br /> you were waiting on a call from the Watershed District. We have learned that their permit issued <br /> previously has expired. This permit will be required prior to Council review, but will not delay Planning <br /> Commission review of the preliminary plat. <br /> 2. Legal description, in Microsoft word format. This prevents mistakes when preparing the resolution and <br /> other documents. <br /> 3. Grading and erosion control plan. If grading is not proposed with the plat,then the existing grade will be <br /> used in determining structure height. Will the driveway in outlot A be constructed immediately, or with <br /> the sale/construction of Lot 1? <br /> Your application is scheduled to appear before the Planning Commission on Monday, March 18th. The meeting <br /> begins at 6:30 p.m. Please make sure that you or your representative is available to attend the meeting. You will <br /> be emailed a staff report regarding your application prior to the meeting date; alternatively,the staff report and <br /> agenda will be made available the Friday prior to the meeting on the City's website at www.ci.orono.mn.us. <br /> I will be the planner assisting you through the review of this application.
