City of Orono <br /> RE:Application LA19-000009 <br /> Proposed 2-lot Plat of 1645 Shadywood Rd. <br /> Dear Sirs/Madams, <br /> Please consider my application for a subdivision that would result in a 2-lot plat of the property located <br /> at 1645 Shadywood Road. This property has had a past approval of a new plat(file 13.3622), resolution <br /> number 6338. <br /> I apologize for not recording the approved plat. My intent was to record the plat when new homes <br /> were identified to be built on the new lots.
