We'll revise plans to omit <br /> a deck that is in disrepair and gain that needed 51.7 square feet. The February agenda on structural coverage <br /> is up for review to be permanently eliminated so we'll wait to repair/replace that deck after council members <br /> vote on that. The existing deck can be rebuilt much smaller as just a grill porch and allow everything to work <br /> out if the proposal is voted down. <br /> Lastly, a favor. Please omit John Ryan from all future email communications. This is his wish. He has hired a <br /> liaison representative to handle communications namely, Steve Ansay.
