Quit claim deed to the City of the portion of Lot 5, Block 2, Saga Hill�evised and portion <br /> of vacated Portland Place identified on E�ibit B as Parcel E. You may wish to have your <br /> attorney draft this document; a standard form is attached should you wish to use it. <br /> 6. Submit three copies of the subdivision survey, signed by the property owners on the lines <br /> provided. <br /> You may be contacted by the City Attomey if additional information is required. Lot line <br /> rearrangements which result in the transfer or exchange of parcels will not be recorded on your <br /> title until deeds are exchanged and filed by the property owners. Deed exchange and filing is the <br /> responsibility of the property owners. <br /> Variance Approval & Building Permit <br /> Variance approval is limited to the extent shown on the approved plan and as noted in the approval <br /> resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. Variance <br /> � approval expires one year after date of approval if not used. A complete permit application must <br /> be submitted no later than August 25, 1998. _ <br /> Staff is advised by the Building Off'icial that your contractor submitted an application for building <br /> permit on September 2, 1997; however that application is incomplete in a number of respects, and <br /> no permit can be issued until the following items are completed: <br /> OThe signed and notarized variance resolutions must be retumed to the City. <br /> � Filing by the City Attomey of the subdivision, vacation and all related documents must <br /> be completed. <br /> 3. The following items must be completed or submitted for permit review: <br /> a. Contractor must fill out the data privacy advisory on the back of the permit <br /> application. <br /> b. A survey including only the property involved with the proposed house, including <br /> Parcels B, D and F. <br />
