ACTION - MOTION: <br /> To approve the vacation, subdivision and variances per the fmdings and conditions of the attached <br /> resolutions. <br /> Please arrange to sign the 3 original variance resolution copies. These must be notarized. I <br /> understand that JoEllen Hun was given these for delivery to you. All persons with an interest <br /> in the property must sign the resolutions. <br /> Final Metes and Bounds Suhdivision Approval <br /> The vacation and subdivision approval resolutions, the survey, and other required documents will <br /> be recorded as necessary with Hennepin County Tax Office by the City Attomey. The following <br /> items must be received by the City before such filing can take place: <br /> 1. A title opinion or other conf'umation of legal ownership of the properry in a form <br /> satisfactory to the City Attorney. <br /> 2. Executed drainage easement over the drainageways shown on the survey, such drainage <br /> easements to be 15' in total width, 7.5' either side of the defined center lines. Applicant <br /> shall provide legal description for said easements. The standard form drainage easement <br /> is enclosed for your use. <br /> 3. Executed easement for sanitary sewer lines located within Parcels A, G, B, D and/or F (if <br /> your title opinion reveals that no such easement already exists). The standard format <br /> document is enclosed. The City shall provide a legal description for said easements if <br /> required. <br />
