Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and requests the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Our engineer has reviewed the survey submitted and has the following comments: <br /> a. The survey shows two window wells,but the building plans only show one. Please clarify. <br /> b. Show a sidewalk from the front door(south side)to the driveway(see#2, Hardcover below). <br /> c. Top of Foundation. The top of foundation elevation is shown on the survey. Please have the surveyor <br /> show the point or spot where the top of foundation elevation is in reference to. Please note,we expect <br /> the location to be consistent when submitting the foundation as-built survey. <br /> 2. Hardcover. Per City Code Section 78-1683,copy enclosed,there must be a sidewalk connecting the front door <br /> (south side)to the driveway. Please update the hardcover calculations and survey to reflect the addition. <br /> 3. landscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a landscape plan must be submitted showing all <br /> the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements,i.e.patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan <br /> should include the name of the individual performing the work. Any proposed patios, grading, sidewalks, <br /> retaining walls shown on the landscape plan should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> 4. Separate City Permits Required for: <br /> a.
