WETLAND INVESTIGATION AND DETERMINATION REPORT <br /> 2850 Somerset Lane,Application#2012-01104 <br /> City of Orono <br /> Hennepin County, Minnesota <br /> CONCLUSIONS <br /> This Determination was performed on November 20, 2012. <br /> The soils found do not qualify as hyrdic soil according to the standards of the Army Corps of <br /> Engineers. <br /> It should be noted that this wetland determination is made for the purpose of establishing the need far <br /> wetland buffer according to Orono City ordinance. This report does not replace a wetland <br /> delineation which would be required if any work is proposed in or adjacent to the study area. <br /> Wetland boundaries may vary as a result of varied precipitation and evaporation rates from season to <br /> season.
