WETLAND INVESTIGATION AND DETERMINATION REPORT <br /> 2850 Somerset Lane,Application#2012-01104 <br /> City of Orono <br /> Hennepin County,Minnesota <br /> DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE <br /> The parcel is located at 2850 Somerset Lane in Orono, Mn. One potential area was examined. This <br /> area is an enclosed depression, that appears to be man made. Water drains to this depression via the <br /> road ditch from the west. Vegetation stubble looked different than the adjacent lawn so a close <br /> examination of the soils was performed. <br /> The Hennepin County Soil Survey indicates the Cordova soil as mapped within the study area <br /> boundaries. Cordova soil is considered to be a hydric soil. <br /> FINDINGS <br /> On November 20, 2012, a field investigation was performed to evaluate the potential for wetland on <br /> the site. No wetlands were found on or directly adjacent to the parcel. Attached to this report are <br /> two eaLhibits.
