It is the C:ity's ii�tent that if Outlots B and D are developed for future road to <br /> serve Gutlot C, t�len the existing residences on proposed Lot 1, Block 1 and <br /> proposed Lot 1, IIlock 2 shall cnnstrUcl driveway accesses onto said new road and <br /> eliminate the existitlg direct driveway accesses to 13a�side Road. <br /> 8.
