In the event that Outlot C is further developed <br /> using road access from adjacent properties not requiririg the use of Outlots <br /> E and D, Outiots A and B will be 1Pgally combined with proposed Lot 1, <br /> Block 1. <br /> (c) Outlot C: 14.13 acre parcel intended for future development into single <br /> family residential lots.
