The site shows improvement, thank you. <br /> However, while the inspector was performing the inspection, he noted an active/recent project on the <br /> property. As you are aware, no permits for new construction will be issued for your property until the <br /> septic system is brought in compliance or the property is connected to city sewer (City Code Section <br /> 58-47). Therefore, the addition is illegal, cannot be permitted and must be removed. <br /> Please note there are items remaining exterior storage which must be removed in order to bring the <br /> property into compliance. We will reinspect your property on March 7, 2012. In order to bring your <br /> property into compliance you must remove all of the remaining items in exterior storage or store the <br /> items within an enclosed building.
