This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1646. <br /> 2. The property is located in the RR-1B Rural Residential <br /> Zoning District requiring 2 acres in area. The property <br /> consists of 3+ acres. <br /> 3. On July 15, 1991, the Orono Planning Commission reviewed <br /> the application as proposed and recommended approval based <br /> on the following findings: <br /> A) All standards of the pertinent Municipal Code <br /> Sections have been satisfied. <br /> B ) The proposed structure and the use of that <br /> structure will have no negative impact on the <br /> surrounding residential zone and developed properties. <br /> 4 .
