Rietow, AIA CITY pN pRO O <br /> N <br /> DATE: February 10, 2004 <br /> SUBJECT: Trinity Lutheran Church <br /> Commission No. 0411 <br /> On Tuesday, February 10, 2004, I met with Melanie Curtis, the City Planner for Orono to <br /> review the proposed expansion program. It was confirmed that the church will be <br /> required to obtain a new Conditional Use Permit; attached to this memorandum is a copy <br /> of the application instructions which were revised January 1, 2004. <br /> We also discussed available utilities to the site, and attached is a letter confirming the <br /> availability of sanitary sewer and other information. It was confirmed that "City water" is <br /> not avail�ble to the site. <br /> Ms. Curtis agreed to do some research on the site regarding easements and the setback <br /> from the north property line for parking. <br /> cc: Melanie Curtis <br /> Ken Jenson <br />
