A summary of the <br /> inspection is below. <br /> SepNc Tank CondiNon <br /> 1. Pumpout needed within one year. (last pumpout date 1/3/95) <br /> The septic s5�stem is non-compliant due to a lack of a three foot sepazation distance beriveen the bottom <br /> of the drainfield to the seasonally high watertable. The three foot requirement is a State Code,not a City <br /> ' Code. A soil boring �vas conducted to determine the depth of the seasonally �vatertable. The septic <br /> system must be replaced by December 31,2010. <br /> Enclosed is a list of state licensed septic contractors �vho work in Orono on a regular basis. Also <br /> enclosed is a fact sheet etplaining ho�v a septic system functions properly.
