<br /> 1. PREMISES: The LESSOR in consideration of the terms, conditions and agreements contained herein, and the payrr

<br /> for mineral or other purposes the following described premises to wit:

<br /> 4. USE OF PREMISES: LESSEE shall use the Premises only for PURPOSE OF LEASE.
<br /> 5. LEGAL OBLIGATIONS: This lease is not to be construed to relieve the LESSEE of any obligations imposed by �aw.
