I am doing the best that I can. This process seems a little unfair to me. I know that I emailed a request to start this
process on September 13. I believe I left the first of multiple voicemails on September 11 or 12. I don't believe any of
my messages were being dealt with until I went to the city office and waited until someone would speak to me. I had
the understanding that these escrows were for the purpose of insurance that any repairs that were needed could be
accomplished. I thought that was why there was a temp co and escrow process. If someone could call me to discuss the
process, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
James Lura
612 366 7662
From: Christine Mattson [mailto:CMattson@ci.orono.mn.us]
Sent: Tuesday, September 19, 2017 12:09 PM
To: James Lura; KC Chermak
Cc: Jeremy Barnhart
Subject: 3295 Crystal Bay Road
James,
City staff has a site inspection scheduled at 3295 Crystal Bay Road this afternoon to identify all outstanding erosion
control concerns and road &alley repairs that need to be completed before the TCO will be issued.
