The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District has completed a number of studies <br /> including a 1993 Dia�nostic Study wYiich characterized and quantified the <br /> sources contributing to the observed decline in «•ater quslity of Lon� Lake, <br /> developed numeric water quality goals foi the lal:e, and calculated the <br /> performance standards for remedial measures to improve water quality to the <br /> desired goals.
