Applicant is placed on notice that at any time should the <br /> church's special functions or regular attendance exceed 300 that <br /> applicant must obtain a large assembly permit from the City of <br /> Orono. <br /> 2. Applicant shall submit an annual� log on March lst of each <br /> , year to the City of Orono listing various functions of the church <br /> and/or other organizations associated with the church use of <br /> these facilities. <br /> 3. Applicant shall apply for the legal combination of PIN 25- <br /> 118-23-33-OOOl and PIN 25-118-23-33-0002, from the City of Orono <br /> prior to the commencement of church use of the facility. <br /> 4. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property <br /> not with the applicant, but are permissive only and must be <br /> exercised within one year of the date of Council approval, or <br /> this conditional use permit will expire on that date (April 22, <br /> 1992 ) . <br /> 5. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and <br /> conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the <br /> Zoning Code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted <br /> herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 6. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby <br /> agrees to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of Spring <br /> Hill Land Company, its successors and assigns, hereby agree to <br /> the recording of this resolution in the chain of title of the <br /> property. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
