Municode <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />No person shall sell or by any means advertise for sale any goods, wares, merchandise or <br />services of any kind, nature or description in a park or swimming beach. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.31(3)(P)) <br />Sec. 22.92. - Motor vehicle operations, standing. <br />No person shall: <br />(1) Operate a motorized vehicle in any park or swimming beach except such portion as is <br />graded, paved, designated or maintained as a public street, parking area or boat <br />launching area. <br />(2) Leave a motorized vehicle standing In any park not designated as a parking area. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.31(3)(C), (3)(D)) <br />Cross reference— Traffic and vehicles, ch. 66. <br />Sec. 22-93. - Riding bicycles, nonmotorized vehicles. <br />No person shall ride a bicycle or other nonmotorized vehicle in any park or swimming beach <br />except on designated pathways, and then only in such manner as to not threaten or endanger the <br />person or property of others. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.31(3)(M)) <br />Cross reference-- Bicycles generally, § 66-121 at seq. <br />Sec. 22-94. - Operation of model airplanes. <br />No person shall operate a model airplane in a park or swimming beach. <br />(Code 1984, § 9.31(3)(N)) <br />Sec. 22-96. - Animal regulations. <br />No person shall: <br />(1) Except as provided in Minn. Stat. § 256C.02, bring or keep an animal owned or under <br />his control into or upon a park. This subsection does not prohibit dogs or cats that are <br />on leashes. <br />(2) Except as provided in Minn. Stat. § 256C.02, bring or keep an animal, dog or cat <br />owned or under his control into or upon a swimming beach, <br />(3) Bring or keep a dog or cat owned or under his control into or upon a park unless such <br />dog or cat is effectively restrained by means of a leash or chain and Is kept from <br />disturbing persons, wild animals and wildfowl, or bring a dog or cat owned or under <br />his control into or upon a park where prohibited by signs. <br />(4) Bring or keep a dog or cat owned or under his control into or upon a park without such <br />person having in his possession at all times equipment for the removal of any feces <br />deposited by such dog or cat; and, upon such deposit being made, using such <br />equipment for the immediate removal and sanitary disposition of such feces. <br />(Code 1964, § 9.31((3)(E)—(3)(H& Ord.
