This survey is attached as Exhibit 5-C. <br /> PLAN ADOPTION <br /> Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 462.355, Subd. 2, the Orono Planning Commission <br /> explained the intent and the details of the CMP, and received public comments thereon, at an <br /> official Public Hearing held for that purpose on November 19, 2018. Notice of the Hearing was <br /> published in the official City newspaper on November 3, 2018. <br /> Following closing of the Public Hearing, and after discussion concerning changes and comments <br /> resulting from the Hearing,the Planning Commission on a vote of recommended that <br /> the City Council adopt the Plan. <br /> On December 10, 2018 the Orono City Council on a vote of approved the <br /> concept and direction ofthe Community Management Plan,and adopted Resolution <br /> granting approval of the plan and ordering its submittal to the Metropolitan Council for review <br /> and approval. <br /> This Community Management Plan was delivered to the Metropolitan Council on <br /> for their official review and approval. Metropolitan Council granted formal <br /> approval of the Plan on .
