<br /> SEC. 5.40. HOME OCC'LTPATIONS.
<br /> Subd. l. License Required. It is unlawful for any
<br /> person to engage in, or carry-on, a home occupation, as that term
<br /> is defined in the Zoning Chapter of the City Code, without first
<br /> having obtained a license therefor from the City.
<br /> Subd. 2. Regul.ation. Licenses will only be issued if
<br /> the specific use is permitted or otherwise allowed by the Zoning
<br /> Chapter, and if all conditions set forth in said Chapter are fully

<br /> SEC. 5.41. MACE.
<br /> Subd. 1. License Required. It is unlawful for any
<br /> person to sell or distribute, at wholesale or retail, the substance
<br /> com monly referred to as mace , without first having obtained a
<br /> license therefor from the City.
<br /> Subd. 2. Limit�itions.
<br /> A. Only persons who are duly authorized and
<br /> licensed Federal firearms dealers shall be licensed.
<br /> B. This SE�ction shall not apply to official sales
<br /> to, or purchases from, the City Police Department.
<br /> SEC. 5.42. BUSINESS AND JOINT USE OF LARE FACILITIES. . ; �

<br /> the followi�g,� terms have the meanings given them:
<br /> A:� "Boat :�lip, Water" means a s ucture, space,
<br /> dock or other thi� designed or used for the cking, mooring or
<br /> storing of a boat�mpor. arily or permanen�y in or on water ,
<br /> including mooring p'os �buoys or ot'her dev �es.
<br /> B. Boat �,lip, Land m ns a structure, space or
<br /> other thing designed or �1 d for st ring a boat temporarily or
<br /> permanently on land adjace�lt a la , whether it is located on or
<br /> off the licensed pre mises.
<br /> C. "Busines�s of Q ��g, Mooring, or Storing Boats"
<br /> means renting or otherwise� pr�v'�'idi space, including boat buoys,
<br /> for docking, mooring or stor�'ng three� or more boats belonging to
<br /> persons other than the own��or occupan� of the property.

<br /> D. "Com��ial Boat Dock Business" means providing
<br /> space for docking , m orin.g or storing boats for a fee, or boats
<br /> used in a trade or b �ines:�, including, without`�,limitation, provid-
<br /> ing rented spaces,�at buc�ys, space for keeping�'boats owned by the
<br /> licensee and held�:��for sale�, display, rental, or o��t�erwise used in
<br /> connection with�a boat o:r marina business , and sp,ace held for
<br /> docking of boats during or pending repairs or mainten3�ce of said
<br /> boats. .°� �
