Staff had been previously advised by police that a <br /> business with several employees was operating out of lower level of single family <br /> residence located at 380 Silver Meadow Drive. <br /> B 8/26/96 Vibbard letter responding to phone call with Mabusth. Mabusth advised via <br /> phone that Vibbard's business operation was in violation of residential code. <br /> C 8/28/96 Mabusth letter to Vibbard establishing first deadline for relocation of <br /> business. <br /> D 10/11/96 Vibbard letter to Mabusth once again advising that he was leaving town <br /> (illness of mother ir� New York) and would provide update upon return in early <br /> November. <br /> E 11/18/96 Vibbard update letter-advises once again his business will be relocated by <br /> "early 1997". <br /> F 12/6/96 Mabusth letter advising of drop dead deadline at end of January. <br /> Vibbard is a penter- owner sent copy of letter. <br /> Owner: Mark Troutman <br /> Glenveagh 9 <br /> Dunhugh Park <br /> Prenhen,N.I. <br /> BT 47-2NL <br /> 12/96 Troutman called Mabusth from overseas advising of a conversation with <br /> Vibbard advising that he gave Vibbard until the end of January to relocate business <br /> out of residence. <br /> 1/97 Vibbard called Mabusth to advise that his office manager had family demands <br /> or problems and was unable to meet deadline of relocation by end of January, 1997. <br /> G&H 2/19/97 Inspection notice/license information. Staff received confirmation from <br /> resident (2/18)visiting Vibbard residence that there were four employees working <br /> in lower level for Vilbbard's business, Strategic Capital Holding Company, L.L.C. <br /> Staff inspected the property on 2/19 and found two vehicles parked in driveway. <br /> Staff attempted to contact persons within but there was no response. Staff took down <br /> license numbers of vehicles. Vehicles are owned by persons not residing within <br /> residence. Tamara Sue Poppler may be an employee that staff was asked to speak <br /> to via a phone call with Vibbard 8/26/96. <br /> ch <br />
