The properties you have inquired about include: 1200/1230/1290 <br /> Orono Oaks Drive; 1180 Lyman Avenue; 365 Old Crystal Bay Road North; and 375/380 Silver <br /> Meadow Drive. <br /> All of the above properties are located in the RR-1B Rural Residential Zoning District requiring a <br /> minimum lot area of 2.0 dry buildable acres and a minimum lot width of 200'. Required property <br /> setbacks for principal structures are 50' front and rear, 30' sides, 50' side street. <br /> None of the above listed properties are provided with municipal sanitary sewer; they are all served <br /> by septic systems. Each non-served property is required to have a conforming septic system and an <br /> alternate site available for future use. We have not been provided with septic testing reports or <br /> system designs for each of the lots noted above,but we are aware that some testing has been done. <br /> We have not been provided with"before"and"after"lot surveys or lot area infortnation to confirm <br /> the exact final lot boundaries after the takings.
