Based on review of MCWD rules, this project is
subject to the erosion control and stormwater management requirements. The construction is
expected to begin in April 2015 and be completed in November 2015.
Description:
Utility improvements will consist of a new water service installation from Shoreline Drive to the
building, under the existing driveway. An expansion to the facility will be constructed on the
north end of the existing building. The project will disturb an area of 03 acres and will not
increase the amount of impervious surface on the site.
Erosion Control:
The plan shows the implementation of the following erosion and sediment control practices.
Table 1. Pro osed Erosion and Sediment Control BMPs
BMP T e Location
Silt Fence Alon Shoreline Drive &Down Gradient of Ex osed Soils
Inlet Protection Storm Drains (Includin Down Gradient and Off-Site)
Sod Ex osed Soils
Additionally, the existing driveway will act as the construction entrance. All exposed soils will
be surrounded by existing asphalt or similar impervious surface.
Stormwater Management:
The site size is larger than 5 acres, with less than 40% site disturbance and no change in
impervious surface. This triggers the stormwater management rule and requires that BMPs are
incorporated into the project.
_. ,
Equal Opportunity Employer
wsbeng.com
K:AI680-130AdminWmmiVv1CWDVytCWDMano I3-I I-14.docx
