The Contractor shall require, by <br /> appropriate agreemeirt,written where legally required for validity, similaz waivers in favor of ' <br /> the Owner and the Contractor by subcontractors and sub- subcontractors. With respect to the <br /> waivers of rights of recovery,the term Owner shall be deemed to mclude,to the extent covered <br /> by property insurance applica.ble thereto, the Owner's consultants, employees and agents and � <br /> the Architect and the Architect's consultants, employees and agents. The foregoing waiver <br /> afforded the Archrtect and his consultants, employees and agents shall not apply in the <br /> circumstances described in Subparagraph 3.183. The Contractor waives as against any separa.te ' <br /> Contractor described in Article 6 all rights for damages caused against the Owner. The Owner <br /> shall require, by appropriate agreement, written where legally required for validity, similar <br /> waivers in favor of the Contractor by any separate Contractors and their Subcontractors. � <br /> The Contractor sha11 notify the Owner of any impending claims within five (5) days of such <br /> loss.
