These shall be � <br /> reported to the Owner, the Contractor and the responsible subcontractors. The Safety <br /> Director shall ensure that the responsible parties shall promptly remove or correct the <br /> hazards. ' <br /> .4 The Safety Director shall conduct regularly scheduled safety meeting including all <br /> Subcontractors. Minutes of these meetings,including a list of booth attendees and non- � <br /> participants, shall be forwarded to the County Project Mana.ger in a timely manner. <br /> 11.1 CONTRACTOR'S LiABILrI'Y INSURANCE � <br /> Add the following to Subparagraph 11.1.2: � <br /> The insurance required by Subparagraph 11.1.4 are minimum requirements. It is the sole <br /> responsibility of the Contractor to determine the need for and to procure additional insurance, , <br /> which may be�eded in connection with this Contract. Copies of insurance policies shall be <br /> submitted to the Owner upon written request. <br /> Add the following to Subparagraph 11.1.3: ' <br /> The Contractor sha.11 not commence the work until it has obtained required insurance and filed � <br /> with the Architect for the review and approval of the Owner a properly executed Certificate of <br /> Insurance with two (2) duplicate copies which clearly evidences required insurance coverage, <br /> and such insurance has been approved by the Ovmer in writing. The certificate shall name � <br /> Hennepin County as certificate holder and as an additional insured for all liability coverages <br /> except Workers'Compensation and Employer's Liability. The certificate should also show that � <br /> Hennepin County will receive thirty (30)days' prior written notice in the event of cancellation, <br /> non-renewal or material change in any descnbed poLcies. <br /> The Contractor shall furnish the Owner updated certificates during the term of the Contract as � <br /> insurance policies expire.
