If the Work is not substantially complete in the <br /> ' Architect's opinion, the Contractor will be advised and a subsequent date set for the <br /> inspection. The day on which the Architect inspects the last unit, phase or part of the <br /> Work, and determines the Work as substantially complete, shall be the Date of Substantial <br /> ' Completion. The Arclutect shall be required to conduct one Substantial Completion <br /> Inspection and one Final Completion Inspection. If additional inspections are required to <br /> establish Substantial Completion, the Architect shall be compensated for the Architect's <br /> ' inspection, review and processing requirements in full by the Contractor and such <br /> compensation shall be borne by the Contractor and accomplished by a Change Order to the <br /> Contract. Wazranties required by the Contract Documents shall commence on the date of <br /> ' Substantial Completion of the Work or designated portion thereof unless otherwise provided <br /> in the Certificate of Substantial Completion. <br /> The Certificate of Substantial Completion shall be submitted to the Owner and Contractor <br /> ' for their written acceptance of the responsibilities assigned to them by such Certificate. <br /> 9.9 PARTIALOCCUPANCY OR USE <br /> ' Add the followin to Sub ara a h 9.9.1: <br /> g P �' P <br /> ' The Owner shall have the right to install furnishings and equipment within the Project prior <br /> to Completion of the Work Such installation shall not constitute occupancy or use by the <br /> ' Owner. <br /> Add the follovv�ng to Subparagraph 9.9.2: <br /> ' The Owner shall have the right to use or occupy the Project, or a portion thereof, prior to <br /> Completion of the Work under the following conditions: <br /> ' .1 The Owner shall givethe Contractor at least ten days prior written notice of intention <br /> to use or occupy the Project, or a portion thereof. Prior to use or occupancy, the <br /> Arehitect accompanied by the Owner and the Contractor will conduct an inspection <br /> ' of the area to be used or occupied;based on this inspection, the Architect will prepare <br /> a list of work to be completed or corrected.
