The Plan should be submitted with bid <br /> documents/requests for proposals. <br /> , A new AA Plan must be approved for each buiiding or highway construdion contract over <br /> $50,000. It must cover employment at the County construction site, and the Plan is approved for <br /> ' the life of the contract. For maintenance service construcdon contracts over$50,000, contractors <br /> must have an AA Plan approved and on file with the TCS. The Pian must cover the contractor's <br /> workforces utilized at County construction sites, and the Plan is approved for a two-year period. <br /> � During the approval period, such contra�tors are not required to prepare new AA Plans for <br /> additional maintenance servic�e contracts.
