Verification of good-faith shall include a specific response to each of the following <br /> applicable categories. Verification that the contractor entered into a contract with the SBE firm(s) identified on TCS <br /> Form SBE6 to perform work on the projec� <br /> � 2. Verification that,consistent with industry standards,the contractor maintained communication with <br /> the SBE to insure that the SBE understood when to begin work and was available to fulfill its <br /> � contractual agreement. <br /> 3. Statement giving the reason(s) why the subcontractor/supplier contracted with to meet the SBE <br /> � utilization goal did not fulfill its contractual agreemen� <br /> 4.
