,
' _
AET#20-01080 - Page 9
,
' RECOMINDATIONS
' Buildin Grading Procedures
 Ezcavation
We recommend the excavations for the building foundations extend through all existing fill soils
' to the underlying naturally deposited alluvium or till. In the areas where soft till or alluvial clays
and clayey sands will be exposed(such as near Borings#3, #4, #5 and#6),we recommend deeper
' excavation be performed to extend the excavation at least one footing width below the design
footing grades. If the "Alluvium or Fill" and "Till or Fill" soils aze determined to be fill that was
' previously placed,they should also be removed from below building foundations. We recommend
these soils be more closely observed and evaluated before filling to grade or constructing the
' footings. Anticipated minimum excavation depths and excavation bottom elevations for the
footings are indicated in the following tabulation for the respective boring locations.

<::'y;>;::>:::`::;:::»:><`;:::>>:;:>
::>.<:;<:;:::::;<:`::;:>:>:::::`:``
,........ :.:::..:............. .....
:«;:«:>::.;.;:;.:;:.; ..:.::.:>:::.:::.:..:;::.:::.:-.:;::::::.::.,.;-.:..
:::;::.:::::.:::::.. ::.::::.:::::::::::»::::::.:..:...;:.,.:::;:,.;:.:...:
.:......,.:...:.... .::.::,:...:..,....:.::..:...:::;. .. .....
.::>:::>:>::::<<;:.::»»<>:>::»:::::»>:;;;::::;:.::;:>:<:>;:.:
.......:::.::.::..:....>..::::._:,.;.:...:..::.....:..:.........
<:::;:::.:::.:::::::.:;:..::.
::»::;;::;:«.:»::;::.::;::.;:.:;::.;;::.;;::.;;;;;:;:.;
:>::::>::>;::>::>::;:;.:..;;:;  .... :::>::>:<::<::;::;:::.::::.. :.:.:.<:<::<::<:::<:<::::;:::::>::»::. ........,.::::.,.:.. .::::::.>:>.:;<>:>.
:..;<:; .,::,:..:,:.:.:..::...:::»»:::<:><:::
:,::.;:.;:.;;;:::. . ::.;;:.:.;:.::.:::.:::::.::.;:.;:.::£ .:::: : : <:::.::,.;::.;.;:.:;.;::.:;.::::....c+t+t:::::;<::<:;::>:
:><
..... ........
<:•.:..
;::::<:>::><::<:::>:::;:
>:
'
?::::i:::.::.»?>:::::::;'::>:::<:::::>:::;
:;;:;;;:;;............... ...
:.:......::.:::::::.:::::.:::::;.;:•.....:::•:::.
:.:::.:...:....:.....:......:•...::.:::..::...:.
.;;;:.;.;::.;:;::::.::.;:<•;::<•;;;••:•:.»;;:::•>::;;:.:.
.:::;;::::>:::::»::<:::>:> :
;>a:::.>•.;:..;::::>::::::>:;<:::>::: :;<`:s>::»::•>:.>:::;:.o-::.;:.::.;::.::,;•:::.;:;.::.;::;;.:.:::.::::::::..:::::.::::::::::::::::...
i:i?:iii:3ii:iiiiii:;i°:i;;:i:%':Yiii;:i:::i;_i:i:ii:::i::::::::::?i::::?::r..>xiiii::::::i:;?:::•'•::::::i:::i:::;::::?:i:::?fi:::::::t::'o;:::::::i;::::::::?::;;:i::.:;;:::i•>x::::::4:::::::;::::i:::::i;i:::>:<.::::>:::::.:;;:::
.. . .:...:.>::::.::.::.::::::. ..
•..:::::.::. •a:::..:::::p .........v:.....,:::::f::;:.:?:i::Y:::;i:::::[<: :. .::.... r: 'ik::.'•: C<:':i:5'S:::::::i:i;::? .
;::::.::;;:<.: • . ;;:::,;;;;:;.;:>::,•.;:;:>:: . .01:>;»s>;>:::::>:>;>;:::::>:.:::L`:$Y.:. .:. ;;;;;;::;;;::;;>:;,;;.R'::::::.,:..:::::::.:.
::::>:>:>::::::>::1?<::;:::::»<»:::>::>::>::::;;;#i:.:::::::::.:::::::.:::::::.::,:.:.:::....:...............,....
' 1 945.7 2* 9431fi*
2 945.7 4* 9411fi*
, 3 . 946.0 4* 942*
4 948.0 6 942
' g 948.9 6C 941
( 947.4 4*(c 9431f*
' *_Indicases tytat the ^A1luvium or Fill"and "Till or F'r.11"soils ox these locations should be removed if it
is determined that they are fi11.
