� <br /> SECTION 16010 <br /> ' GENERAL CONDITIONS <br /> � 1.00 GENERAL <br /> A. General and Supplementary conditions within Division 1 are hereby incorporated <br /> ' and become part of these Specifications, covering all work in Division 16000, <br /> Electrical. <br /> ' B. Contractors shall familiarize themselves with all Architectural, Structural and <br /> Ivlechanical Drawings and Specifications. These Drawings and Specifications, as <br /> they affect the electrical installation, shall become part of Division 16000 <br /> ' Contract Documents. <br /> � C. The Electrical Drawings and Specifications shall form a set of Plans for the <br /> electrical work. Neither the Drawings nor the Specifications shall be complete <br /> without the other. Any item shown on the Drawings or specified in the <br /> , Specifications shall be considered as shown and specified on both. <br /> D. Any questions regarding the intent of the Drawings or Specifications shall be <br /> � brought to the Engineer's attention as soon as possible. If direction from the <br /> Engineer cannot be obtained due to time or communication limitations, the greater <br /> quantity, higher quality or condition most favorable to the Owner shall be <br /> ' assumed. <br /> 1. The drawings and specifications are complementary to one another. If <br /> anything is shown on the drawings or specified in the specifications it <br /> ' shall be considered to be in both and included in the contractors bid. <br /> E, Electrical Drawings are diagrammatic and are intended to show approximate <br /> ' locations only. The Contractor shall thoroughly review all Architectural, <br /> Structural and Mechanical Drawings and Specifications. Placement of electrical <br /> � equipment and devices shall not interfere with locations or clearances of other <br /> trades' materials or equipment. Contractor shall submit a 1/4" scale drawing to <br /> the Engineer for approval of all electrical rooms indicating placement of all <br /> ' mechanical and electrical equipment. <br /> F. The following terms used in the Drawings and Specifications shall be defined as <br /> � follows: <br /> 1. Contractor: Shall mean Electrical Contractor or any of their <br /> Subcontractors. <br /> ' 2.
