GENERAL <br /> 1.01 CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT , <br /> A. The Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary, and Other Condiiions) and the <br /> General Requirements(Sections of Division 1),apply to the work of this section. ' <br /> 1.02-SUMMARY <br /> A. This section includes loosely laid and ballasted sheet roofing. ' <br /> 1.03 PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. Install sheet membrane roofing and base flashing that are watertight,will not pernut , <br /> the passage of liquid water,and will wrthstand wind loads,externally induced <br /> movement,and exposure to weather without failure. ' <br /> 1.04 SUBMITTALS <br /> A. Product data for each type of roofing product specified and the following: ' <br /> 1. Shop Drawings detailing base Ilashings,membrane terminations,and <br /> tapered insulation with slopes. � <br /> 2. Product test reports indicating compliance of components of roofing <br /> system with requirements. <br /> 1,05 INSTALLER QUALIFICATIONS I <br /> A Engage an experienced installer to perfortn work of this Section who has specialized in ' <br /> installing roofing similar to that required for this Project and who is approved,authorized, <br /> or licensed by the roofing system manufacturer to install manufacturer's product. <br /> 1.06 FIRE-TEST-RESPONSE CHARACTERISTICS ' <br /> A. Provide roofing materials with the following fire-test-response ehazacteristics: <br /> 1. Exterior Fire-Test Exposure:Qass A;ASTM E 108, for application and slopes ' <br /> indicated. <br /> 2. Fire-Resistance Ratings:ASTM E 119,for fire-resistance-rated roof <br /> assemblies of which roofing materials are a part. ' <br /> 1.07 STANDARD ROOFING MANUFAC'TIJRER'S WARRANTY <br /> A.
