Along with original marked-up record <br /> drawings provide 2 photographic copies of marked-up drawings. All notations must be readable and <br /> dated to reference written documentation. <br /> ' During construction Contractor shall maintain a clean set of drawings for the sole purpose of <br /> recording changes and actual "as installed" informarion. Marking of the record set shall be done <br /> methodically as the work progresses, clearly and neatly, in color. <br /> � O�eratins and Maintenance Data: The facility staff are to be given proper instructions in the use <br /> and maintenanCe of equipment, particularly equipment such as boilers, air handling machines and <br /> ' related items, fan systems, unit ventilators, temperature controls, etc. Temperature controls and all <br /> valves are to be tagged, and complete operating instructions given to the operators. Cost of such <br /> work shall be borne by the Contractor. <br /> � 116. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS AND MAINTENANCE MANUALS <br /> � Provide operating instructions and maintenance manuals in accordance with Section 01700. Submit <br /> 3 (three) copies of the manuals to the ArchitectlEngineer for forwarding to the Owner. <br /> � A. Manual shall consist of neatly edited and typed manuals of instructions (printed informarion <br /> shall be 8.5"xl l" portrait format, in hard cover, indexed, loose-leaf notebook) to explain use, <br /> function and control of equipment, materials and systems. These inshuctions shall contain <br /> maintenance information including cleaning instructions, maintenance materials to be used, parts <br /> � list with numbers and recommended parts for Owner's stock, nearest depot for parts; wiring and <br /> piping diagrams,lubrication data and schedules, adjustrnent and repair data and a listing of names, <br /> addresses, and telephone numbers of appropriate service organizations for various items and <br /> � equipment. <br /> B.
