i DIVISION 01 SUBNIITTALS-Section 01300 � B. Collect required product data into a single submittal for each unit of work or system. Mazk each ' copy to show which choices and oprions are applicable to the project. Where product data has bcen printed to include information on several similar products, some of which are not required for use on the project, or aze not included in this submittal, mark the copies cleazly to show that such information is not applicable. � C.Product data submittal is required for information and record, and to determine that the products, materials and systems comply with the provisions of the contract documents. , 1. Except as otherwise indicated in other sections of these specifications, submit 6 copies of each required product data submittal. ' 2. The Architect/Engineer will retain 3 copies (one for the Owner) and will return the other mazked with "Action" and conections or modifications as required. 3. Do not submit product data or allow its use on the project, until Contractor has confirmed compliance with the requirements of the contract documents. � D. The Architect/Engineer will require 2 (two) weeks for initial review. Allow more time if ArchitectlEngineer must delay processing to permit coordination. The Contractor shall allow for � this time period when scheduling his/her work. E. Final Distribution: Furnish copies of Product data to Subcontractors, installers, suppliers, fabricators, manufacturers, governing authorities and others as required for proper performance of � the work. Show distribution on transmittai forms. ' 109. PRODUCTS LLST A. The Products List shall include the following items for each major specification section: � 1. Numerical specification section number. 2. Brand names andlor manufacturers of materials and equipment included under each specification section. 3. Name, address, telephane number and contact person of material Supplier and � Subcontractor who is furnishing and installing each major product being incorporated in the work. ' B. The order of the list is that of the Table of Contents of the Project Manual. Identify each item with the number and title of the respective specification section. C. This Praducts List may be combined with or be an expansion of the Subcontractor/ Supplier List � which may be submitted at an earlier date as requireri. ' 110. SAMPLES A. Submit samples for the Architect/Engineer's visual review of general kind, color, pattern, and ' texture, and for a final check of the coordination of these characteristics with other related elements of the work. Accompany samples with a letter of submittai, manufacturer's brochures, shop drawings, installation instructions or other supporting information. At the Contractor's option and depending upon the nature of the anticipated response from the ArchitectlEngineer, � the initial submittal of samples may be either preliminary or final submittal.
