Verification of good-faith shall include a specific response to <br /> each of the following applicable categories. The CONTRACTOR may include any additiona! <br /> information the CONTRACTOR believes may be relevant. <br /> 1. Verification that the conVactor entered into a contract with the SBE firm(s) identified on TCS <br /> Form SBE6 to perform work on the project. <br /> - 2. �Verification that, consistent with industry standards,� the contractor maintained <br /> communication with the SB� tp insure that the SBE understood when to begin work and was <br /> available to fuJfill its cantractua) agreement. <br /> 3. Statement giving the reason(s) why thE subContractor/supplier contracted with to rr�eet the <br /> SBE utilization goal did not fulfill its contractual agreement. <br /> 4. Veri�ication of efforts to replace a non-performing SBE by written or telephone notice to all <br /> appropriate SBE's within required subcontracting categories listed in the most current, <br /> approved certification directory. <br /> L.
