Remove chimney. <br /> 11. Remove and replace roof. <br /> 12. Repair all damaged metal siding. <br /> 13. Paint all window sills and frames. <br /> 14. Remove washer and dryer, place in laundry room. <br /> 15. Paint interior as needed. <br /> Site <br /> 1. Clean up junk and debris. <br /> 2. Remove all unlicensed and inoperable cars and trucks. <br /> The above list must be itemized with completion dates. will be <br /> completed. Submit list with deadline dates within 30 days. <br /> I am requesting deadline dates on the above items , please be <br /> reasonable as I will review and make changes if to much time is allotted to <br /> an item. <br />
