Repair all ceilings that are damaged. <br /> 9 . Replace faucet and trap on bath tub. <br /> 10. Replace toilet. <br /> 11. Provide front step maximum 8" rise. <br /> 12. Repair or replace roof. <br /> 13. Paint inside dwelling unit where needed. <br /> 14. Provide outlets so that extension cords are not used as permanent <br /> wiring. <br /> 15. Paint exterior to preserve siding. <br /> We spoke about the above without mentioning deadlines on items with <br /> exception to the exterior painting. We spoke of a deadline of June lst and <br /> July lst, therefore, I will set the deadline for the exterior painting at <br /> or before June 15, 1988. All other items you must submit an itemized list <br /> with proposed deadline dates. <br />
