annual property tax revenues to easily cover the maintenance <br />expenses. <br />To review my petition to change my private roadway that serves the <br />three separate properties to convert to a public roadway that connects <br />with current and future Public roadway to be constructed. <br />1. The road profile, thickness, material types is consistent with <br />current public road standards <br />2. The road is in good condition with little evidence of pavement <br />wear. <br />3. The roadway does have curb and gutter which is in good condition <br />that complies with current public road standards. <br />4. The private roadway is used by everybody driving through as a <br />public road regardless of how its classified by the city. <br />5. We pay the same property tax rate that the other 9 property <br />owners along Bracketts Point Road, therefore we should all have <br />equal and same services. <br />Therefore, I urge the City Council, in all fairness to all property owners <br />on Bracketts Point Road to extend the public roadway from County <br />Road 15 all the way to the end of the peninsula to serve everybody <br />equally <br />Respectfully submitted <br />Bruce G Paddock <br />1500 Bracketts Point Road, Orono, MN 55391 <br />
