Shadywood Road, which runs through the eastern half of Navarre, has an annual average <br />daily traffic count of 4,900, while Sunset Drive, just west of the site, has and AADT of 2,490. <br />The maps on the following page illustrate the drive times from the subject property and traffic <br />counts.
