This land has previously been <br /> identified as "�;�zrcel#5" on the plat map dated Apri14, 1983, a copy of which is attached. <br /> On A�ril 14, ?.a83, the City of Orono attempted to solicit a Quit Claim Deed from <br /> Union Oil which apparently owned the property at the time where the Citgo station is now <br /> located; a copy o� that letter is enclosed. We do not believe that a Quit Claim Deed was <br /> ever is;ued for paxcel #5 by Union Oil. If the City of Orono did obtain the Quit Claim <br /> Deed from Unio:� Oil or any adjacent properties, please forward a copy to me as soon as <br /> po;sible.
