Roofing System with Complete Tear-Off <br /> Staging and Set Up <br /> 1. Conduct a pre job meeting to discuss job scheduling, safety requirements,and job <br /> site logistics. <br /> 2. Apply and receive a11 mandatory building permits required by the state of <br /> Minnesota and the city of Navarre. <br /> 3. Flag and cone off crane loading azea(s), staging perimeter and dumpster locations. <br /> 4. Place dumpsters, dumpster chutes, and biffy's as needed. <br /> 5. Install all of the proper safety requirements for the job. This will include roof <br /> perimeter flag lines,Raptor fall restraint boxes, and safety stands with cattle rails <br /> as required by O.S.H.A. <br /> Demolition/Tear-Off <br /> 6. Vacuum or power sweep off all loose gravel and dispose of properly off-site. <br /> 7. Remove a11 of the existing sheet metal and dispose of off-site. <br /> 8. Remove the existing roof systems down to the decking and dispose of off the <br /> premises. <br /> 9. Allweather Roof will remove all of the existing built-up flashings from the <br /> mechanical units and perimeter wa11 and dispose of the same off the premises. <br /> 10. Inspect the existing decking. Deteriorated decking will be mutually agreed upon <br /> by Allweather Roof and the owner's representative. Replacement of deteriorated <br /> metal decking will be at a cost of$6.50 per square foot. Salvageable metal <br /> decking will be overlaid at a cost of$3.50 per square foot. If any deck <br /> remediation is needed we will wire brush the affected area and coat it with rust <br /> inhibitor paint for$1.85 per square foot. <br />
