The following issues must be resolved before this <br /> plan will be approved: <br /> • The proposed coffee shop area is too small. The plan submitted is 18 feet long <br /> and a little over 10 feet wide. The Caribou Coffee shop at Eden Prairie Center <br /> (which I assume is a typical arrangement) is over 26 feet long and befinreen 10 <br /> to almost 14 feet wide. When the Eden Prairie location was proposed, it was <br /> considered to be too small and additional storage space of approximately ten <br /> feet by 12 feet was required (and this storage area currently is completely full). <br /> Another example of Caribou Coffee lack of storage space in a unit would be <br /> the New Hope Location. At times it is nearly impossible to walk through the <br /> backroom of that store, as food and single service items are �tacked onto the <br /> floor, blocking passage to storage shelving and the hand sink. <br /> Finally, the Caribou units in the Lund's and Byerly's stores have additional <br /> approved storage in their back rooms. <br /> • Submit a plan that is numbered to coincide with the equipment list and cut <br /> sheets. Submit a finish schedule. Submit cut sheets for each piece of <br /> foodservice equipment. <br /> • This facility needs a place for additional storage for food and single service <br /> items. <br /> • This facility needs a hand sink. <br /> An EqualOpportunity Employer <br /> Recyded Paper <br />
